Since 1980, I have been teaching English and Spanish to thousand of students from different nationali-
ties and levels.
At present I live in Fuengirola, Málaga, where I work as an indepen-
dent language instructor, teaching Spanish in the traditional way and online via Web 2.0.
My approach to language
instruction is communicative, blended with a dynamic and enthusiastic delivery. My students are always important to me and
I genuinely enjoy seeing them progress. I find it easy to build a good rapport with my students, something which I believe
is essential to successful teaching.
I teach grammar inductively. Skills are sequenced: listening, speaking, reading
and writing are developed in order.
New vocabulary, colloquial Spanish and grammar are introduced through a variety
of stimulating and enjoyable activities and is learned in context.
